As a board, Lanier Partners/Pirates of Lanier has decided, with regret, to cancel the Poker Run this year. With the uncertainty of the challenging and changing situation of COVID-19 and our goal to ensure the health and safety of our supporters, volunteers and the community, we have not made this decision lightly.

We are TEN DAYS AWAY from the best event on Lake Lanier, our annual Pirates of Lanier Charity Poker Run! You still have a chance to sign up and get to be a part of all the fun! The boat with the best poker hand at the end of the run wins. It is not a race. Messages left with Lanier Partners of North Georgia, which puts on the event, were not immediately returned Monday.
